As part of the Amsterdam Space Symposium, we are proud to announce a Champions X Change event, including hopefully, the announcement of our first Champion of Change in Europe!
Hereโs how it works โ the community nominates potential champions, then they are reviewed by a jury as selected by the SLNO community, and any potential Champions will be contacted to confirm their interest in being the first Champion in Europe.
Champions of Change Organisational Gender Equality Dashboard – Champions Of Change Coalition is an Australian organisation ย that has inspired this effort in Europe.
Our SLNO Champions X Change is differentiated from the Australian version because we include leaders of any type or background, and we also include changemakers from any potential underrepresented group. This makes us inclusive of many types of DEI topics, and we hope that we can have a broader impact due to this positioning.
What will happen in Amsterdam on the 2nd of March?
- Boutique Workshop exclusive to Champions X Change and sponsored by Amsterdam Convention Bureau.
- Outreach program evening of 2nd of March, opportunity for Changemakers to share their voice with the space community.
Deadline to nominate your champion is the 16th of February! Weโre looking forward to seeing fantastic representatives sent in via our community.
